6:45 AM Morning (Herbal) Tea
7:15 AM Havan: A havan is a ceremony that involves worship through the use of a sacred fire. It is a ritual offerings such as grains and ghee to the sacred fire, which is held to mark a special occasions.
8:00 AM Asanas: Different basic poses or asanas are much more than just stretching. They open the energy channels, chakras and psychic centers of the body while increasing flexibility of the spine, strengthening bones and stimulating the circulatory and immune systems. (everyday different classes of asanas for 60 minutes))
9:00 AM Pranayam: Pranayama is control of Breath. "Prana" is Breath or vital energy in the body. On subtle levels prana represents the pranic energy responsible for life or life force, and "ayama" means control.

11:00 - 12:00 Noon Seva/Karma: It is selfless service, Seva is a Sanskrit word meaning selfless service, and perhaps considered the most important part of any spiritual practice. It lies at the heart of the path of karma yoga—selfless action—and asks us to serve others with no expectation of outcome. (For 60 minutes daily)
12:00 Yogic philosophy (for 75 minutes daily)
1:15 PM Yoga Nidra: Yoga nidra', variously meaning 'yogic sleep', 'psychic sleep', or 'sleeping consciously', is a meditative procedure whose goal is to transform the mind and body.
1:45 PM Tea
2:00 PM Wisdom of Gita: A comprehensive and transformative lecture/discussion that aims to unlocks the secrets of the Bhagavad Gita, one of India's most revered ancient texts.
3:00 PM How to teach (Hatha yoga): This is the core of the course, you will learn some haṭha yoga style techniques practised only by ascetics.
4:00 PM Asanas: As per the School of Hatha Yoga ancient traditions.
5:45 PM Nature Walk.
6:15 PM Satvik Dinner: The Satvik diet we offer includes: Freshly prepared vegetarian food. Light, easily digestible grains, pulses, vegetables, and dairy.

8:00 PM Meditation Practice
8:30 - 9:30 PM Group Study ( 60 minutes daily)

This is a 28 days, 200HRc intense course to improve the quality of life, to establish a connection with your own self, to experience the intangible potential of the inner being. The residential course has been designed for physical health and mental well being. For those who are looking as a professional yoga asana instructor, we are committed to provide two certificates (depending upon the one month general behavior followed by a docile self discipline). One is from our institute. The 2nd is from YCB (Govt of India). To receive the YCB certificate, we will impart the necessary coaching separately if required.  Otherwise, our institute syllabus has been designed in such a way that it will meet the same needs and requirements. 3 days, body cleansing is included.
