This is a residential program that will change your weight management problems. Two meals a day are homemade vegetarian meals made from fresh and high-quality ingredients. They are carefully prepared by a dedicated chef. You will also be provided with two tea breaks and freshly squeezed hot milk in the evening. Yoga asanas tailored to your body type and your exercise intensity. Breathing exercises to train and relax the body and mind. It is mainly the combination of these four
elements that will ensure that your problems are solved.
We recommend a minimum of 15 days to see results. This will be a radical change in your lifestyle.

I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of Yogi Ji for the past one and a half years. In the beginning, I struggled with many asanas, largely due to weight-related challenges. I have I have been taking online classes for a year and a half, and now I regularly go to school in India from Japan. Since I started online classes, I haven’t done anything special, but I lost about 3kg in about 1 months and felt my body changing. Before that, I was taking yoga from another on-site teacher 3 times a week, and I really enjoyed it, but my body didn’t change. Also, going back a few years, while I was stuck at home during the covid pandemic. I took lessons from another teacher in a world famous yoga school every day online at home. However, even then, my body didn’t change much. Looking back on that, I notice that the content of Yogi ji’s
lessons is different from others, both physically and mentally. Also, the reason I stay at school from far away Japan is the wonderful environment, the quality food, and the fact that I can receive direct instruction from Yogi ji. Ifeel that it is worth visiting from far away Japan. Ieat well at school and in my daily life in Japan. In Japan, we are told to eat only until we are 80% full, and as a yoga practitioner, we are told to keep a quarter of our stomach empty, but I am a big eater. But my weight is stable. Since Istarted Yogi ji’s yoga, I have lost 8-10kg effortlessly and it has remained stable. The only time I remember struggling with weight control is when I look at old photos. will no longer be bothered by weight control in my life. What a relief this relief brings to my life.
